they told me after they recieve my clearance fee with the money they sen me they would give me my lump sum?

It's a scam called advance fee fraud.

You didn't win the lottery or whatever else they told you.

DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL GET SCREWED.

IF THIS WAS TRUE THAN WHY CAN'T THEY TAKE YOUR CLEARANCE FEE OUT OF YOUR WINNINGS.
