Proposition 7 is legalizing the sale and use of marijuana.

I live in Las Vegas, and I voted for it, not because I want to use it, but because far, far, far too many community resources are spent punishing people for doing something that is virtually uncontrollable by public officials. Nevada is already a "Medical Marijuana" state. People who have chronic health conditions have to have a legal way to obtain it, which was left off the Medical Marijuana bill when it was approved.

Again what government is doing spending scarce resources on creating criminals is beyond me...
