Reptiles, especially lizards, have strict dietary, UV light, heat, and humidity requirements that have to be met or they get sick.
The first things that come to mind is Metabolic Bone Disease, which is a dietary and sunlight deficiency.
The second is an abcess. Injuries cause pus to gather under the skin and cause swelling.
Either way, you need a vet. If you can't pay, call animal control and the SPCA. They sometimes have low cost vet care, or they know where to get it. You can also call around to different clinics to see who takes payments.
Good Luck

sounds like a calcium deficit. This is very common when they aren't fed the proper diet. take her to a vet and have her checked out, there might be something he can prescribe you that can calm this inflammation down. i don't thing she hurt herself, cause mine has fallen a couple of time, he had small scratches that bled a tiny bit, but healed right up and didn't swell up or anything. Good luck,

It sounds like MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease) from not getting the right diet, lighting and/or calcium supplements. Take her to the vet, you iguana is most likely in alot of pain and deserves to go just as much as you would ( to go to a doc) if you had that problem.

Get her to a vet ASAP. Reptiles can go downhill VERY quickly. They are too tricky to diagnose yourself and too fragile to wait around and see what happens.
