Iraqi elections.Some 12 million people are being served by new projects across Iraq. A poor area of Baghdad with nearly 1 million people is now getting water from a rehabilitated water treatment plant.
It is estimated that 85 percent of children have been immunized and rates are increasing with ongoing programs. More than 240 hospitals are operating along with 1,200 preventive health clinics.
now nearly 2,500 schools in operation across the country with 4,500 new ones planned. Another 1,200 will be rehabilitated. Some 32,000 secondary school teachers and administrators have been trained. More than 8.7 million textbooks have been printed and distributed, along with large amounts of equipment including student desks, chairs, cabinets, chalkboards and teacher kits.
The little girl had suffered a severe spinal injury in a car accident two years ago and the old wheelchair was the best the family could afford. The Marines, acting by themselves, decided to remedy the situation.
Knocking on the door of the family's home a month later, they presented the family with a new pediatric wheelchair. The girl's father thanked the Marines profusely. One Marine, Rivera from Texas, said, "I wish I could give that little girl new legs to help her walk again."

Otherwise sting operation people either would have been killed or without delay our parliament would have passed bill to hang them
