i know there was a case years ago where a man who was a serial killer made make up out of the women he killed

They used to use animal fat, same with soap. They probably still do. I heard they use all different parts of the animal to get a desired effect.

I have been to Arbonne shows where the consultants tell you that road kill and restaurant grease are melted into some crazy concoction that is used in some cosmetics.
I think it is some type of scare tactic to get you to buy their "roadkill free" products but who knows

They used to make lipstick from horses and Chanell No. 5 from whale blubber, but they outlawed that because of animal rights. It is possible, but not done anymore.

The sparkly stuff in eyeshadow is made out of fish scales. I don't know about anything else though.
