Burn them up and buy a new pair. Dragon thinks it's easier to explain that they were wearing out and got thrown away than it is to explain why you need to remove the lipstick.

Somebody got lucky-
Dawn dish soap is great at removing all kinds of stains from laundry- particularly lipstick. Dampen the stain with cold water then squirt Dawn dish soap on the stain. wash as usual.
