What is friends with benifets i hear so many diffrent things about it. Is it ok to do it?

The expression refers to friends who also have sex, with no romantic involvement or commitment to each other.
I think it's a bad idea. If you are truly friends, then the friendship will be over when one of you is ready to stop having sex. You can't go back to just being friends. And if you aren't friends outside of the bedroom, then you don't have much respect for yourself or the person you are sleeping with.
Sex is great, but it shouldn't be such an important thing in your life that you have to screw anybody you can to be satisfied. Waiting for the right person to come along is so much more satisfying. Plus, you don't have to worry about having to stop having sex with one guy so that you can date another. Besides the awkwardness of breaking it off, the new guy may be turned off if and when he finds out you were having casual sex with another when he met you.

is it ok? if both people involved are very clear on what is going on and what 2 expect. Definiton= get all the good things (sex, gifts, etc) of a relationship with no strings attached..no committment etc..usually turns ugly because one person expects more or something different..etc...good luck

It is a term used by single people that want a friend to have sex with occasionally. I would not suggest it, you my get a reputation---not a good one..

Basically if you're a girl talking about a guy it's someone you've went out with who you've broken up with and you're both still at least friends.
