I was given this laptop and I have no clue what is needed to go wireless. I have a cable modem and I know that I'll need a wireless router. My question is, what hardware will I need for the laptop? Also, does this unit have a built-in antenna, or do I have to supply one?

you'll need a wireless access point (WAP) and a 802.11 a/g PCMCIA card for the laptop.

if you have usb on the laptop and a mobile phone the job is done. connect the phone to the laptop trough the usb cabble and subscribe to a internet service from your mobile provider ...... sory for my english .... i don`t know how much will cost but were i`m from is werry expensive
