George Blanda played 26 seasons. Morten Anderson is second all time. This is his 24th season. See the link below for team breakdowns and a longer list of players with the longest careers.

Blanda was a QB and a place kicker. His QB stats are the second link.

The list is missing Ray Brown, an OL who just retired and played 21 yrs with the Cards, Redskins, 49ers, and Lions.

Without looking it up I'd have to say George Blanda. I think he was 50+ when he finally retired from the Raiders. He might have even played a couple of downs at QB for old times sake!

Henry Killer Lawrence spent 15 years as a right tackle for Oakland. He is a three time super bowl veteran and should be in the Hall of Fame. He hailed from a little Florida school called Florida A& M.

My guess would be George Blanda. He played for 26 seasons (1949-58, 60-75). I believe this is Morten Andersen's 24th season.

Pittsburgh Steelers Hall of Fame LB Jack Lambert # 58- He was a monster on the field and with his missing teeth that should just scare the pants off of some drunken ****** trying to start a fight .I remember watching a game aginst the Browns where he kicked a player on the sidelines and tried to fight the whole Cleveland team.

I would say George Blanda played the longest and he was a QB and kicker.
