If you want to gain weight, do it the healthy way. Dont go drinking coke and eating lard, its gonna kill you. First, eat a lot of starch, like white rice. Then when you start gaining fat, eat alot of steak and fish and anything else with protein, and pump some iron.

I wish I had your problem--that said, here's what I know about "good" wt. gain.:
Eat well balanced meals & snacks (lots of snacks) --you know, protein, healthy carbs, like fruits & whole grain starches, vegitable not animal oils/fats, eat before bedtime, drink Balanced protein shakes, or make you own with milk, a raw egg, some fruits (orange & banana make a tasty combo) and ice in a blender. do slow movements when lifting weights, to build muscle not tear it down. And then eat some more..good luck.

lots of oily substances,like potato chips,sweets,ghee,rice will raise your weight.
