WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree with previous respondant who suggests to dump the floppy drive & totally white out the maxtor for a western digital.

Everything on there is pretty much high end....don't tarnish your unit with obsolute hardware or second rate brands.

in spite of you purchase , reserve approximately 2 hundred$ for some hardware aspects... led computer screen, gaming instantaneous mouse and keyboard and a sturdy headset. i think of those specs ought to be sufficient Case: get something from cooler grasp skill furnish: ought to be atleast seven-hundred Watts or u gonna go through mom board: decide for asus, maximum perfect on your standards (ought to have overclocking centers) CPU: i skinny third Gen i5 is sufficient for gaming( if u have the rest in ideas decide for 4 cores and extra effective than 3.00 GHz) memory: 6-8 GB of intense overall performance DDR3 RAM portraits: GTX 66Ti

I don't know if you are an overclocker because that board does not really overclock that well, but over than that it looks fine, although I would recommend Seagate or Western Digital for the harddrive.

dont' see RAM listed....I would go with minimum of 1gig to start.

what bout memory card reader stacked with the floppy or in place of the floppy. how often do you really use floppy anymore?

what about extra USB ports....never can have too many of those. can get cards with 4 USB's on them for back of tower.

what bout modem? dsl? cable? dial up?

make sure you get a good power supply to handle all you have.

I only see the one DVD player......want a basic cd/cd burner drive as well? stacked drives comes in handy alot, specially when a cd drive is under $100.

might want to swap out your video card for a dual video card. you might not have dual monitors now but might want them in the future and only a few bucks more to upgrade now over later.
