Most guys do not wear what society deems "correct" or "Fashionable." We wear what is comfortable, and for many of us, shorts are still comfortabe on the warmer days in November.

Maybe because it is not cold where they live. Did you know in the Southern Hemisphere it is summer when it is winter in the northern hemisphere, so it is late spring in November there,

Because they can. They have leg hair and women don't (or shouldn't have it) and the hair keeps them warm.
