Well since they built the new mall at 17 and 501, I am sure they will build something else at the Pavilion.
Its a tourist town....changes will happen often compared to most other towns.
Lucky you are there....I miss being there....use to be down past the walmart at 17 in south myrtle.

Hi, I understand it will be torn down completely.Apartments and condo`s will be built there in it`s place.They had closing ceremony's a few week`s ago. Every one had fun for the last time.Well where theirs more money to be maid nothing stands in the way. So much for the young people having fun.What next?

well, there is still a lot of speculation, but i've heard several viable possibilities:
parking structure, starbucks, lookout point, 7-11, 16 screen theater,
oh yea, and a burlesque house
