Yes, they must have by the sheer definition of the word "BAT" a bat is a device to which Newtons Third Law of Motion is applied - For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. So does a bat have balls - yes - it is used to hit balls with therefore getting your own back.

Yeah it should be ok but all bats over a while will start to dent, I would recommend buying a "tough sleeve" for him.

Assuming you are referring to Chiroptera, only the male ones have balls (testes/testicles). They are mammals so their reproductive 'arrangements' are not dissimilar from human sexual genitalia! Eyeballs too.
Of course you may be referring to cricket....?
