Asking that question is a good start...I'm only teasing. being dumb is all relative. Some people know more than others. It doesn't make that person dumb. You're only dumb if you let yourself be. Of course, if you want to be literal, it means not being able to speak. So, if you can't speak, you're dumb.

Other people know when you are dumb. Seldom do dumb people know they are dumb. I think, you might be dumb since you asked that question if you really don't know the answer..

When ppl constantly look at you with a confused expression on their face whenever you speak. That would be a clue...but of course if you're dumb then you would really know. I suppose ignorance is bliss! lol
