Blood is way thicker than water. He'll always be your brother, she won't always be your brother's girlfriend. That's some pretty powerful information you possess, probably something he would like to know if he doesn't already.

Not your place to tell him ... how do you know your brother even wants to know ... hopefully she's been tested before ... but I would leave that one alone - your brother is a big boy and can make his own decision ... 24 guys for an 18 yr old sounds like a ton .. but that's her past you never know maybe your brother will be the last one she ever sleeps with ... let them deal with their sex life ... you just be there to support your brother in his relationship ... !

I would have a conversation with him about getting tested more than ratting out his girlfriend ... !

Tell your brother! Do not hesitate! His life may be in danger. You don't know whether she used a condom with these 24 guys, or if she was intimate with someone who had HIV or AIDS which can be transmitted through unprotected sex, needles, oral sex, or kissing. Many people only think you can catch HIV or AIDS from having sex, but you can catch it from oral sex if someone cums in your mouth and you swallow or if you have a open sore or abrasion in your mouth and the fluid comes in contact with it. By kisssing it can occur if the person has an open sore or abrasion that is bleeding. So just tell him so he can be cautious and urge him to get a HIV test and if possible a full STD test.

If you directly tell him, either he will not belive and will think that you are jealous. Just talk with him about various diseases that can be transmitted by sexual intercourse. Also tell him about the different ways in which HIV virous can infect a person who has not make intercourse with affected people. Then suggest him to stay careful.

Was she serious or was it just "girl talk" bragging? In any case, she is trying to have the reputation of a "loose woman" and your brother should drop her like a hot burning log from a fire.

If he wants to find a decent girl, who won't have such a reputation, I suggest you both go to a Bible believing church where most people will tell you that they were virgins until their wedding night. Yes, virgin isn't a dirty word and most people in church practice abstinence until they are married.

The best thing that you can do is mind your own business. It is not your place to tell your brother. All you can do is tell him to be careful and leave it at that. Don't go meddling in their relationship because even though you mean well, it may backfire on you.

He is a big boy! If you do that, and she finds out then it is going to create tension and anxiety. The last thing in the world you brother needs is to have to choose between his sister and his girlfriend.

You are going to have to trust him to make his own decisions.

I think that you shouldn't tell him what he told you exactly. Just mention somthing about them going and getting checked together. Mature adults in a relationship should do that anyway. Maybe mention it to her. If they care about each other than it shouldnt be a problem right?

I wish there were an easy way to encourage him to have a sexual history conversation with his girlfriend. Hopefully before he exposes his willie he's covering it. You could try to delicately mention "something you heard" about the girl without being nasty or hurting anyone.

A very delicate subject to discuss with a brother.

Those diseases can be bad. I wouldn't tell him that exactly. You could just ask him if they do it protected and tell them they should get tested together, because its a good practice to get into with new partners.
