This is very normal. Nothing to worry about.

Braxton Hicks can start as early as the 4th month of pregnancy, the same goes for the colostrum (leak) in the breasts

Totally normal! Just let your doctor know at your next appointment. As long as your contractions are not regular and are not too painful...then you are fine. I am 30 weeks and having the same issues colostrum began leaking at about 26 weeks and BH Contractions started about two weeks ago....no need for alarm though. Your doctor may check your cervix at your next appt. that is a much better indicator of how you are progressing.

Its totally normal. Have you taken a Bradley Birth class?
Give your baby the perfect gift... the gift of birth... a natural, unmedicated of birth to give your baby the best start in life.

Its not too late to find a teacher. Check out Bradleybirth.com to find a teacher in your area.

The classes are actually 12 weeks long, which I didn't know with my 1st child, so I only got in 6, but it was well worth it. I cant believe all that I learned. I was shocked at all the ways doctors mislead you so that they have control over you, your birth experience and your baby.

no it's not a sign your son will be born early. i was having both of those symptoms and signs at that time and i am now 37 weeks and still haven't had my baby.

You are normal! You can have the baby safely any time now but these signs don't mean birth is coming any sooner.

It's just your body preparing for childbirth. Totally normal.

I was the same way, nothing to worry about, but if you are truly concerned call your OB.
