Avoid taking any medication for the same ... first trimester ( first 3 months) is very notorius for teratogenicity (fetal abnormality 'coz of mother taking medicines). Take plenty of water / rehydrating solutions.
Consult your Gynaecologist before taking medicines from your physicians.
You can visit for some idea on how important is avoiding all medicines during pregnancy ,esp first trimester.

The upset stomach part is right on. I don't know why they call it "morning sickness" because I had mine all day. Just remember to drink plenty of fluids. When you say lose motion do you mean balance? If so that is common too! Just wait till you get further along and can't remember anything! Your body does weird things during pregnancy but remember it is worth it all.

Upset stomach? Sounds pretty common for early pregnancy. Lose motion? Not sure I understand what you're trying to ask there. But upset stomach/nausea is more than typical.

If I understand your question correctly, you are experiencing "morning" sickness... which can actually happen any time of the day - for me it's mostly at night. It can just be a nauseous feeling or it can involve puking. I just asked a question about what I can eat if I have morning sickness and the most common answers were saltines and foods with ginger in them, such as ginger snaps. I was also told that gatorade should help.
