I use a Gillette Mach 3 that I shave with in the shower with soap to get a close shave. No lotion or aftershave necessary. Then I usually do touch up for a couple days with a Norelco electric razor (usually while riding in the car to work!). The electric can never get as close as the blade though.

I used to use an electric shaver but now I use a Gillette Mach 3 with their Sensitive Skin Gel.
I personally find using a "blade" gives you a much closer shave.
I don't use Aftershave.

Blade man: I use a Gillette Mach 3 blade with their 'sensitive skin' shaving gel (it contains aloe) to shave my face.
I use an electric razor for trimming the rest of the hair on my body.

My name is blade gillette fusion I like sanex shaving gel. some day i go up and some day i go down but never sideways
I shave (after) having a bath or shower.

Shick double blades with the cleaning button. Work like a charm.

Electric beard trimmer then a razor and shaving cream i use the same method to shave my chest lol
