I'm editing a video montage of pictures/video of my newborn son to show to family members at Thanksgiving. I want 2-3 songs that have good lyrics about babies and being a parent for the first time. Any suggestions?

I think it is time for you to write a Song. You are inspired and if you really want to, you can turn out a good one.
There are no good songs for babies in this modern world. Oldies like "My Blue Heaven" would not be bad. Just Molly and Me, And baby makes three.

"With Arms Wide Open" by Creed is a decent choice.
"Cats In The Cradle" is another good choice. A band named Ugly Kid Joe did a remake of it in the late 80's that was very well done, or you could go for the original.
