ive seen it in the infomercials, the little round vacuum that you can program to vacuum your house and stuff, does this really work, i have a huge house, and i am at work all day, i wanted to give it a try.

It's no good for edges and corners (including the area around furniture legs). And you'll still have to move the sofa to get the dust from under it. Nor does it do a deep cleaning. But for a superficial once-over, Roomba does quite well.

My brother has one, and according to him it works pretty well. For him it's more of a novelty than a practical tool, but he says it'll get just about every part of the floor and it picks up almost as well as his Hoover upright vacuum cleaner. Might be worth looking into...
