This is the first game Skins will play with all of their starters actually starting, with no starters out with injuries.

Washington will win this week, they are coming off of a bye week, and have had plenty of time to prepare for the second game against dallas this season. Plenty of time to reviews their last games footage. My Prediction: Brunell 24-36 303yds, 2td, Portis 21att. 111 rush yds 1rush td, Moss 9rec. 102 yds. 2td Skins win 35-21

Yes the Skins have a chance! Hopefully they got some defensive starters healthy with the bye week, because that is their biggest issue right now.

I have to go with the Cowboys. Bill Parcells has the Cowboys stronger this year and with the way the Colts pounded the Redskins I think Dallas will probably win.

Washington is overmatched in talent and you can't really throw in the rivalry factor in this too much because most of the players on either team haven't been around too long on either team. Dallas should win by 10-14 points but neither of these teams are going to the super bowl, and Washington probably won't make the playoffs.

Dallas is on an emotional high after sundays win, they will beat Washington. Romo should be the starter again.

The Redskins have a chance to do something they have not done since 1995 beat the Cowboys. The Cowboys won't beat the Redskins their offense just is not enough.
