If you are beautiful on the inside, it can be projected outwardly. People will see you as beautiful. Therefore, its not impossible to be both beautiful and homely at the same time. I choose both.

If you are trying to attract someone, then beautiful.
On the other hand if you are trying to discourage someone, then ugly.
But remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So how can you tell if you are beautiful or ugly unless you are the one judging something or someone as to how beautiful or ugly they are.
The important thing is to be happy with your self.
