You have to remember that happiness is a fleeting thing, you can not be happy 24/7, this is just not rational to think so.

Tensions are usually life's stressors and they need not bring you down all the time, I have learned to use the guideline if it is something you can change then do something, it it is something you are powerless to change then don't wast time worrying over it you will only get a headacje/

Go for a walk when all seems overwhelming, and don't worry about tomorrow we have enough to worry about today, let your life take its shape, smile at a bird flying overhead and be thankful that we still have them to see, listen to the laughter of small children that always makes me smile for it reminds me of how innocent we were then, just embrace the small things.

We certainly can. In fact, tensions, which are similar to daily stresses and responsibilities such as school work or job, help make our accomplishment more savable and worthy. We have to live with both the happy and sad moments, and this is why each of us must learn to find hopes and motives in the midst of chaos. So yes, we can absolutely be happy in spite of lots of tensions because tensions provide opportunities to discover the true happiness that come only when we achieve something at our highest potentials.

Accept that you will be faced with tension throughout your entire life, so that you must deal with them differently, focusing on the big picture- *don't let the tension be the theme of your life.* Instead of being angry that they are present, deal with them swiftly and don't let them consume you. You have to be happy about what you already have in your life. You can't try to "become" happy by aquiring certain things or positions. You'll be working toward a "never-satisfied" attitude and never allow yourself to be comfortable.

Being happy doesnt mean everything is perfect
It means you have started looking beyond imperfections.
Nothing is every perfect. There are thousands of tensions in our lifes.I have to pay the light bill, the phone bill, electricity bill ,have to submit a big assigment monday morning at 6.
But is there any use crying? Will all my worries go away if i think about them and mourn? The answer is NO. We gotta live through all this.Have to survive, and this is what life is all about.
The one is survives is the winner.

Stress disorders are increasing on an alarming scale. They are making man's victory on some of the dreaded diseases of the past look insignificant. Medicines seem to be incapable of providing a permanent cure of the problem of stress disorders. More and more experts of medicine are now becoming aware of this fact, and they are turning to other means like yoga and nature cure.

Practice Relaxation Techniques and Positive Thinking.
Recognize Automatic Negative Thinking and STOP it ... this can be done in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). It changed my life. Helped me to realize how negatively I was looking at the world. Now, I think, It could always be worse. If my car breaks down, instead of getting upset, I am grateful to have a car.

Happiness is a state of mind. You need to alter your line of thinking so that the tensions of life do not make you unhappy.
