she gave the audience debit cards with a 1,ooo dollars on them to give 2 any charity or charities they wont. they just cant spend it on them selves or a relative they also got dvd cam corders 2 record what they do with it.

I think it was a great idea. Many times, once someone gives to a charity, they will do it again. It will be interesting to see where it goes and what is recorded. She said that there will be a future show dedicated to the charities and the videos.

I think that she was trying to remind people that not everyone in the world is as well off as she is. she wanted to givew this gift to the audience so that they could do the moral and right thing and help someone in need. I like that she did that and it beats what she did last year ( i think it was last year) when she gave away those expensive cars to people who looked like they really didn't need them. If I end up wealthy in this sick sad world, I will be donating to others and more people should do the same.

That was an excellent idea, how about the guy who gives free hugs, that's fantastic if more of these thing were in the world we would be less self absorbed and become more connected with people and even so more intune with the struggles of this world.

more hollywood stars should emulate her rather than trying draw media attention for adopting kids

Yes, I think it was stupid. What if they needed the money or a relative needed money for surgery or something important? If you give me money, I'm going to spend it any way I like, or you can just keep it!!
