yes, because not everyone does anything. The only difference with people is skin color. Other than that they are pretty much alike. We grow up, fall in love, reproduce and grow old and die.
I have read where the bible belt is all Republican. Been here 10 years and everyone I know doesn't like Bush very much.
I heard all Indians are poor and they run the Casinos and are wealthy. Then all Red necks which is the southwestern state, hate blacks and Mexicans. When I went to Texas everyone was a Mexican or black. In this area I have seen no racist prejudices.
Everyone seems to get along just fine. In California where everyone is supose to be Democrat and none racist.
Everyone I met was Republican and full of hate for minorities.
So for one thing it simply isn't true.

It depends on the stereotype. If someone stereotypes you as a criminal and you aren't..............then yah, thats not good. I would
suggest making changes. If it is something like they stereotype you as a typical teenager.......... if you are a typical teenager.............then no.

Either way.........I am guessing that you have been stereotyped and it isn't sitting well with you. You really have to look at the stereotype and then look inside yourself.... see if there is any truth to it. If there is and its bad then make changes. If there is no truth to it...........then no worries.

Shallow people stereotype. Remember its whats inside that counts most. If people aren't taking the time to get to know you
then see if it is something that you are doing.........if not.........
then its out of your control.
