The best I can find is that "heterochromia iridium" is "uncommon" in humans, so one could guess less than 1%.
(And eye transplant do not involve grafting anything but the clear cornea, so no eye color change is associated with that procedure)

No. But I knew a guy once who had eyes the color of an ocean wave when the sun is shining through it. In one of his eyes was 2 dark brown pigment spots like islands surrounded by the ocean on a sunny day. I will never forget them - or him.

I don't have any idea how common it is --
But I am married to a beautiful, sweet lady who has two different eye colors, one light blue, one light green. Kinda fun sometimes because her eye color seem to shift when she is feeling impish.

I knew this guy in high school with one brown eye and one green eye.
Don't know the probability though.

Yes, my aunt has one green and one blue eye. I also knew a girl with one blue and one brown. It is very rare.

Yes, My friend has one eye brown and the oter eye blue, my uncle has one black and other greenish eye...........
There is another person i saw with his type of trait in subway, but i dont know him and i just saw him once.
