Mine is the New England Patriots not only because they won 3 super bowls. But the way they keep winning games. It seems that they can put anyone in any position and still win. It's amazing really.I was watching the game yesterday and I saw they're reciever...I haven't never heard of them.

Bill Belichick is a genious and Tom Brady is the best quarteback...He wins 3 out of 4 games. That's 75%...thats great.

I think they win the Super Bowl again this year.

I'm a Viking fan (see sack over head) but being objective, I'd have to agree, though their real test will come next week against the Colts.

I really like what the guy below me said about Marvin Harrison. So true!!

I agree that the best team over the past 5 years is the New England Patriots. I disagree though that Brady is the best quarterback. Bellichick is smart, but they win due to the overall talent of the entire team and they aren't quite the same with Weis gone. The Patrtiots have money to burn and many of the best players will often take pay cuts just because they think they have the best chance of getting a Super Bowl ring there.

The best winning percentage of any quarterback and coach combination: Dungy and Manning.

The best quarterback statistical wise: Peyton Manning

The coach with the best win percentage in NFL history: Dungy

The only team to start 7-0 in back to back seasons since the 1930's: the Colts.

The Colts lack the defense New England has. And it doesn't help that the NFL schedules 90% of the games between the Colts and the Patriots to occur at Foxboro late in the season where New England has a distinct advantage also giving them a distinct advantage at winning more games in the season and gaining home field advantage.

Yes, the Patriots are the best over the past five years, but I hate how they keep rubbing it in everybody's face year after year after year. The NFL needs a lot more humble players like Marvin Harrison.

i'd agree that the pats have been super the past 5 years. they've won with o.d and s.p.
they can throw and run. strike quick or milk the clock.
bells is the best in the biz at finding the other teams' weaknesses AND exploiting them.
has made some of the best qb's look bad. won with players playing different positions. a Wr playing D??? that's brilliant.
I just hope somebody else makes it this year.

I agree with your assessment and the numbers seem to support the point. Brady and Belichick are so strong in their roles.

i think u have to go with NE..just because they did win 3 superbowls...thats the only reason..teams like pittsburgh primarily dominated their conference as well, as well as philly and indy..but NE won 3..there is no way NE is going to win the AFC championship this year, let alone the superbowl..its going to be either indy, denver, nyg, or bears winning it all

I fully agree. I can't come up with an argument to refute any of what you said.
