They are asking for a legal document to show who the heck you are to be able to transfer property out of a trust. Are you authorized and if so by who and where is the paper trail to show this. Are you a beneficiary. Talk to a lawyer in your jurisdiction. Is it an offshore trust or onshore. Is it a permanent trust or revocable. What country and what state.
