I'd go with stability if I were you. Of course, that's not nearly as exciting as the drama of fighting, splitting up, getting back together again, and repeating that process for your whole life. Plus, by marrying your troublesome boyfriend you can have the additional drama of him holding your visa over your head all the time, threatening to take it away. Depends on how much drama you really want in your life.

My youngest sister went through a similar situation. She married her boyfriend so he could stay in the states. They were both miserable and quickly divorced. They have two children and it's all very difficult. You really should not marry anyone unless it's for love. One way or another this will come back on you and you will regret it. There are other ways to get visa's. Have you really checked them out? Why didn't you do something before your visa expired? Talk to a professional. There are people out there who specialize in this sort of thing. Don't take the word of people on the internet. This is your life. Don't ruin it!

Since you obviously are confused about your relationship, you shouldn't marry either. It would just turn bad in the long run. I would say go back to your country and which ever one truly loves you will come for you and marry you in that way, not just because they want you to stay in the country.
