Dejavu is french for second feeling. It is a very complex topic in Psychology. Most people during their course of lifetime feel that a particular incident or event have been witnessed or felt by them before.Till now no convincing theory has explained why this happens but there was an attempt by Wilhem Dunst a paranormal researcher .He suggests that while we dream we see all possible events in the universe. The brain stores all such events in our subconscious mind and when we actually see the event in front of our eyes that event stored within the deep recesses of our mind comes floating to the surface and we feel DEJAVU

I have experienced this while just a child and freaked out my mother because I kept asking her if this ever happened before, that this day happened before. I have had several since.

It is a feeling or a state that you are in because the whole present situation is familiar, like when I visited a house of my sister's boyfriend I knew the whole layout of the house and where things were kept, its like I had lived in that household before, I was very comfortable with these people like they were family.

You may be sitting talking and all of a sudden you sense that you had this conversation with these people before but you can't recall exactly the time frame. The Matrix movie kinda spooked me because of its analagie of deja vu.
