Sometimes I feel guilty that things start to improve but other than that,I'm okay with my life because I know that I'm the one who has to allow me to find happiness and be happy.It is more of a sensitivity issue than it is of something else.

Happiness in the profound sense, is in the mind. You are the 'master' of your own ship. Feelings of guilt are normal for everyone with a healthy mind. Yet, you can 'right' the 'wrong', with the best ability....and get back on the 'positive thinking' guiltless life.
Remember:
There are two kinds of things in life:
1- Ones you can control and;
2-Ones beyond your control.
Those which are beyond your control, let it not ruin you for there is nothing you can do, however, what is in your control, do your best.....For a healthy life , you need both a healthy mind and a healthy body...guilt free... Thank you for sharing this thought with many others who feel this way...the short answer DON'T FEEL GUILTY ......

Guilt is a waste of time and energy. Think before you act/speak. If what you are about to do or say will make you feel guilty, then don't do it! It isn't right for you.

It is sensitivity and it is not a bad thing - but you should certainly not dwell on it - your destiny is in your hands and if you improve then good for you - but you cannot carry the weight of the world on your shoulders.

Yes I have felt that way to, its not selfish to want to make yourself happy while others have problems too. You love others and your self right, so help others, but always help yourself too, if not you will be even less happy okay
