i have just bought my boyfriend his christmnas present online consisting of:
a playstation (black) 2 consol with controler
the harry potter and the goblet of fire game
Lego Star Wars game
Crash Bandicoot Warth game
Sonic Heroes game
Chronicles of Narnia game
Pinball game
and the PS2 Mega Pack, consisting of another controler, and PS2 Wheel and Black DVD Remote, stand , and pedals for driving games
i am paying 139.99 for this, is it a good deal?

sounds like a fantastic deal to me. Although the Lego Star Wars is a great game for star wars fans, it is waaaaay easy.... My 5 year old almost has it beat!!!
If it's all used I'd ask many questions about the condition of the games though. PS2's tend to be finicky about small scratches on games or dvd's.....

yes i would say its a good deal, forget about the people that say the ps3 is out soon its godd be £400+ in the uk and not many people me included has that type of money, the ps2 mega pack sounds great too, im 20 the games look abit young for me but saying that i would prob by them for myself lol, good luck with im sure he will love it

That was a good deal, but the games are a bit childish... The DVD remote, that's great. That's why I Playstation 2 is so great, and forget about the PS3, it sounds like crap to me, and even if it's the greatest thing on earth; who is willing to spend that kind of cash on it? No, I reckon you made a great deal. Congrats!

Is it the bulky PS2 or the PS2 slim? Well, either way, I think it's a good deal and I'm sure he'll like it.

Great Deal! I want that for myself! Yeah, who cares the PS3 is coming out, who wants to drop $600 bucks on one (or about 1500 on ebay)? Great buy!

A PS2 alone generally costs $149.99, so that is a good deal.
However, he probably won't be able to play many new games once the PS3 is released.

Assuming everything arrives and works ok then it is a good deal - however the PS3 arrives soon so I hope he doesn't set is heart on that instead (as it is going to be expensive).

it depends on what kind of games he likes. about the price just go to wal-mart and look at the prices to see it was a good deal
