Yes. Tell your mom, if you guys are close, or maybe your dad if you're comfortable. Your parents are your best resource. They can help make sure you get the best medical care possible. It will be okay if you get proper medical attention and support from your family. Approach your parents from a position of need and explain that you realize that you may have been irresponsible in contracting the disease, but that you felt the most responsible way to handle the situation was to get adult help. No doubt, your parents will be glad you came to them.

Well, in the state of NJ you can get medicine without your parents knowing. But in other states i do not know the laws. If your parents found out from a source that is NOT you i think it would hurt them dearly. You should be able to tell your parents anything, but i understand why you may be fearfull of their reation. If telling your parents or not telling your parents could change wheather or not you get proper mediceine then you NEED to tell them
i hope this helped
and i wish you all the luck

You need to tell your parents and see a doctor now! The other thing is that you need to stop having sex. you are way too young.

How do you know you have a std? It may be a vaginal infection or thrush that is not caused by sexual activity. Go see your doctor and get it checked out. Once you know what it is, you can tell your parents

Well if you actually are being serious, it was your choice to receive the transmitted diesease and you're going to have to live with the punishment. You're going to have to tell your parents. Of course they most likely will be mad at first, but it's better than living with this dark secret.

You need to tell them as they are your parents and will look after you and help you. remember that you are still a kid and you need your family. also they could well find out anyway and it would be better to hear it from you.
Email me if you want someone else to talk to.

You need to tell your parents so they can get you the help you need. Do not keep this from them. No matter what your parents love you and want to help you. Tell them so you can get help ASAP.

It is best to tell your parents so that they can take you to get medical attention. SOme STD's can lead to serious problems and you want to get it treated as soon as possible.

Try to find your nearest Planned Parenthood. Look it up over the internet and try to get their the safest way you can. If this is not an option for you, tell your parents you are sick and you want to go to the doctor and when you get in the room, tell the doctor the truth.
