If you can put the air mattress in a bathtub with some water. completely submerge it if you see little air bubbles come up, that is where your leak is. Get a heavy duty vinyl repair kit. Found at most hard-wear stores. Follow the instructions on it. Then put an even bigger piece of duct tape over it. Rub the duct tape vigorously to warm it. leave the duct tape over the hole permanently. your done.

I would say that you should use the patches that you use for bicycle tires, but i don't think that would work for a slash. Duct tape will probably work, you will just have to cover a really wide area of the mattress. Don't stop when the hole is covered, you will have to make it a wide patch.

They sell patch kits at Walmart - and one will usually come with the mattress itself.

I would acutually go to Wal-mart or Target and they have repair kits that are ususally very inexpensive, that way the repair will last longer, becuase you can glue and piece of material over it, so that air with no longer leak out. Best of luck.

If there's a warranty on it they should replace it for free. If not, find the hole and put duck tape over it.
You can also buy repair kits at the store. (Bike tire repair kits work really well on rubber repairs)
