Cannot questions in this catagory be asked in plain, simple, unconfusing and common sense language ?
Why resort to complex techno-speak ?

A question which is constructed using a mixture of techno-speak and poor grammar, results in a total convolution and abomination.

It goes with the territory.

Sometimes, there just aren't better words to describe the phenomena or object in question than employing the profession's vernacular.

I would recommend google for learning what the terms mean.

I agree, to a point. Sometimes jargon explains something succinctly, and sometimes it's used because the person is either trying to impress or they have no idea what they're talking about.

Jargon comes with any 'territory', alas.

Psychological diagnoses are just to make excuses for bad behavior. These "conditions" have just been made up by these people to generate business in their profession.
