get badge number and name .. i feel your pain man my family was harrassed by police everywhere we went because of a certain officer.
edited i dont want to feed you something and you end up murdering a officer haha

Police do not usuall harrass w/o reason. Are you doing something wrong--like selling drugs, allowing friends to use drugs on your property, etc? Are your neighbors complaining about your property and what goes on at your place? If you are not doing anything wrong and your neighbors are not having the police come to your place, go to the police station and talk with the police officer's superior.

Compose a letter and send it to the respective chief of police of the county/state. When you write the letter, you will have to be very specific about the harassment not just "he was mean to me." For example, you might say, "I believe this was a clear case of racial/sexual harassment because..." Also, cc this letter to the state governor's office. By law, they have to follow up on complaints, especially states with zero tolerance laws.
You may then be asked to meet with Internal Affairs to explain what happened. They will investigate. Even if they find no "proof" that you were harrassed, (according to a cop friend of mine) a letter of this grievance goes in their "permanent record."

Carry small pocket size digital recorders and whenever possible have someone record incidences with a video cam. Then call a contigency attorney.

Keep a rocord of exactly what happend,get any evidence you can and then repot it to the police station the said indivudual works.
