When I was a kid, my parents told me that the mice chew the skin of the elephant's feet, and the elephant freaks out and stomps around, but it doesnt get the mouse cuz its too quick

I had heard it was because mice could go into the ears of elephant and take up residence.

Actually, elephants don't have the best eyesight. They can't even see the mice most of the time.

elephants aren't scared of mice .....they could just step on them.......its actually some humans that are scared of mice

well I really don't think that that's true. but I suppose it came from somewhere, maybe someone was trying to use it as an analogy to teach a child a lesson?
