I only used the top oven but I noticed that the lower oven's light is on. There is no switch for the lower's light. I believe there is a sensor when the door opens the light turns on but the door is closed.

Thank you all for answering. There was an obviously located switch which my husband and I pushed several times and the light won't turn off. I then turned the oven on and after few minutes turned it of and the pushed the switch and this time it worked. So thank you again

I doubt there is a sensor, it is probably a switch that is hard to see. Or the lower light comes on when the upper light does.

If you found a switch see if you can remove it and replace. Write oven model number and serial number too. Both are usually located on the back of the oven and go to appliances parts store near you.
Remember that you have to cut of the oven power while working on the switch. Best way to do it is to removing fuse or trip circuit breaker.

Take the bulb out until you can get someone to check it for you.
