so sorry about your situation. should not be happening in this country. i am assuming you are in america. don't know where you live but should be a free clinic or at very least a health dept in your area that should supply free or reasonable health care to you. you need to get in touch with someone about getting medicaid assistance also. while you are waiting for all the red tape to get sorted out keep going to the er until someone will listen to you. they may just put bandaids on the situations but can do ultrasounds, etc to find out what's going on and maybe even give you referals to local places that can provide cheap or even free care. also put you in touch with local social services to help you with medicaid. god bless and good luck.

Man I hate doctors, first they tell you your fine, then they say your not, and tell you that they need to run tests, worst part is, they tell you that you have to have money!!! Oh, I hate doctors!!! When I fractured my nose playing basketball, the doctor told me to wait 3 to 4 weeks so the swelling will go down and see if I need surjury. after 3 weeks I see a different doctor and he says that I should of had the surjury at the time it happened, because it healed in place and now if I want the surjury it would cost more, and since I'm not rich, I got to live with a crooked nose. sorry I get to caught up with myself sometimes. I think the doctor should of checked to see if you have cancer during the first time you payed them. If the doctor gave you medication, then that might be the case, so that you have to pay them even more. truth is most doctors don't care about anything except how to make as much money off of one person as possible. seriously though, if I was you I'd try getting a loan from the bank.

My wife ( 46 yrs old) recently had irregular menstrual cycle . Gynae checked and said she had fibroids. It's quite common among women : not necessarily cancerous.

However, since you mentioned about foul odor, that could signal something more serious.
Rather than worrying, I suggest you make another appointment with another gynae ( if this one is too expensive).

Better take action fast, bec cancer can spread very quickly.
Hope you get cured. God bless.

I think that you should research about clinics that help people with low income and no insurance. There are places that help people out that are in your situation and can't afford to seek medical attention. Who knows maybe you can find a place where they can help you. Whether you find a low income clinic or not, I really believe that it is importatnt for you to attend that appointment because it can save your life. Good luck with everything. I hope everything turns out ok.

This could be endometriosis, which is scarring on the womb, and fibroid tumors can be taken care of with a laproscopy. Try a free clinic or get medicaid to pay for it.

I had this around the same time and it took care of everything...now I am premenopausal.....

Go to the doctor and see what he or she says and explain your situation. I was also anemic with horrible periods and ended up with a hysterectomy which upset me at the time, but it is one of the best things I did for my body; I feel better today than I have for years. Good luck to you and let us know!

Be careful self-diagnosing from what you read on the internet! Talk to the doc about your symptoms and concerns. You can also try a low or no cost health clinic in your area if the $$ is hard for you to obtain. God bless!

It is a shame as women we can worry the hell out of ourselves. We are told we may have something and we panic and make ourselves sick with worry. We read and see similarities in aliments and think the worse and the stress can make us think the worse. I can say Fibroids are common (what I had) I just had one removed on my uterus I am 46. Your Dr. knows best about what is wrong. She or He will know. Try not to read about these things they can confuse us and upset us. I know easier said than done. The stress can be one of the worse things.

I think your doctor will be able to better advise you. Also get a second opinion if you like. I know it's tough without insurance but your health is critical. Good luck - I'm pulling for you.
