Life on Mars was/is a brilliant show...and the best thing I've watched on BBC America in months! And you're right The Street could use a few laughs ever now and then, I haven't given up on it though...it's still a fantastic drama, I'm enjoying how the different residents meld in and out of each others stories.
I recorded Cracker last night...and hope to watch that at some point...that was a fantastic series, and I'm thrilled they made a new episode...it'll be interesting to see what's happened with Fitz over the last few years.

Blood in the Wire is great, I remember Robson Green from when he was in Casualty (on in the UK, unfortunately)
I miss Eastenders, still cant figure out why the 'powers that be' took it off the air...
Life on Mars is a good show also, never did get into The Office.
And of course the UK version of Whose line is the best, but I miss Red Dwarf and BlackAdder... ;-{
