This question is too hard to answer as the Bengals have been playing so inconsistently. Their wins and loses have been directly related to their run. Because the Ravens do have an amazing run defense, Palmer will be forced to throw which can be good and bad. But now that Chris Henry is back, he does have more options. Also the Ravens are getting their plays called by Billick now, which proved to be successful against the Saints.

My pick is the Ravens.

The Ravens exposed an overrated Saints team, the Bengals know they need to win this game so they don't fall two games behind in the division, Palmer's playing better, and Chad Johnson is p*ssed, and the Bengals would love to keep kicking the Steelers while they're down in the standings, it's a must win for the Bengals, thus they pull it out.

It looks like the Ravens are rather good this year and I think they will beat the Bengals but, I will be rooting for the Bengals.

the ravens will win simply because their defense most likely will shut the bengals offense down and the ravens offense should be able to attack the bengals soft defense

Ravens win easy, the Bunguls have been having problem stopping the run and protecting Palmer. The Ravens defense will be all over Palmer and Lewis will pound the ball straight up the middle, all day.

Well, I think the Ravens showed us that they're coming around with the big win against New Orleans on Sunday. So, I'm going with the Ravens.

The Ravens. Besides, the Bengals aren't playing them this week. They're playing my Chargers :)
