About a dollar each! Just kidding...

I embrace my emotions whatever they may be. When I'm happy I laugh. When I'm angry I yell. When I'm sad I cry. Tears are valuable. A healthy release when I'm overwhelmed. I always feel better after a good cry. I'm a sentimental fool. I'll shed a tear for a beautiful scene or song or a good sad/happy ending to a movie.

Some people never cry. They bottle their emotions up. I find that sad. Life is to be lived. What good is existence if you're not allowing yourself to experience it?
