Halloween, or Samhain, is the best time of the year! It's about remebering loved ones who've passed. I'm taking time to think of loved ones who've gone beyond the veil & thank the Lord and Lady for all we've been given.
Just because your community isn't suited for trick -or-treating, there's no reason you can't celebrate in your own way! It's really about family. So, no plans tonight? Spend some time with a loved one, living or dead. You'll be glad you did.

Reading. I just don't feel like going out. I live in a secure high rise. I think Holloween is great for kids. I loved it as a child. Adults have fun parties. I think anytime, people get together and have fun together it's just great. I feel sad that some people are ignorant as to go dressed as Hitler, or Amish people. I don't like how some preachers say it's worshipping the devil, etc. There will always be ignorance. Which is more the reason why people should get together and enjoy themselves. You don't have to get drunk or do drugs to do this. I think dress up is fun. I love this Holiday. I can't stand horror houses, I thought I have a heart attack (seriously) last time, because of the spiders. Don't do that anymore. But it's cool for others. People should enjoy themselves. And also sometimes people can use these parties to raise money for important causes!

Sitting in the front yard around the firepit and drinking hot toddy or coffee drinks and handing out candy- then watching Chris Angel-Mindfreak in his Halloween show!

Dress up like the wicked witch of the west & scare the hell out of all the little children that dare to come to my door.....either that or get hammered on whiskey shots and sing 'feelings' in my underwear on the front porch', (haven't decided yet!)....................................feelings, nothing more than feelings, trying to forget my feelings of love.......................................
