never hated-always loved them. I liked them even more when they spoke out about what they feel. I liked our country whole lot less when people were blacklisted for speaking their mind. It is kind of scary to think people still have to worry about that.

I just wanted to add that people keep saying they insulted so many people-they insulted president Bush. They said they were ashamed he came from Texas like them. Hell, I am ashamed the man is even President. They should not have been bad fromradio sattions for saying what millions of americans think. Even if they were the only americans in the world who thought it, they should be able to say it. Also they did apologize stating the following:

"As a concerned American citizen, I apologize to President Bush because my remark was disrespectful. I feel that whoever holds that office should be treated with the utmost respect. We are currently in Europe and witnessing a huge anti-American sentiment as a result of the perceived rush to war. While war may remain a viable option, as a mother, I just want to see every possible alternative exhausted before children and American soldiers' lives are lost. I love my country. I am a proud American."[

Hates the wrong word. Indifferent maybe. The way they insulted so many people put them in a position as not to be liked. Not buying their CD's and products will show them the public doesn't like ugly.

Never been a fan. However, every time Natalie Maines opens her mouth she insults someone. So yeah, there probably are people that still hate them. Besides they "aren't ready to make nice yet".

I don't hate them, but I really don't like them. I may not like Pres. Bush, but I would not speak bad about him. It was disrespectful to the U.S. and every American.
