they don't have one because the parents are concerned for the childrens tender psyches since some kids might get less candy or some child come to think his(her) costume wasn't as nice as
another or one kiddie might be put off because his father wasn't as tall as another kid's father. But by far the biggest consideration was that the little munchkins might get scared. Since totally sanitizing the children's every experience is more important than having them get acquainted with reality, the parents voted to ban Halloween. Strong consideration is being given to Christmas.
