Try to keep them up as much as possible. You have too much fluid pooling down there.

Also, you might want to try to wear support pantyhose. I hear this can really help with the circulation and prevent the pooling a fluids in you feet.

Depending upon how long you are, the doctor can prescribe something for you. But the best way is to always keep your feet up whenever you can. During the pregnancy, you will contain water and your feet and legs may become swolen especially the last 3 months. Wear comfortable shoes that you can slip on. You can soak your feet and always lotion them. Just try to get off your feet and put them up.

Isn't pregnancy fun?!!! All the answers previously given are correct. Epsom salt soaks, keeping them elevated. The support hose are a great idea in theory, but pantyhose are hard enough to get on WITHOUT being pregnant! Delivering your child will be the relief to your feet :)

soak your feet in warm water with epsom salts. this natural remedy is safe for you and will pull the toxins out of your feet and reduce the swelling.

note: do not get a pedicure as some massage techniques in the ankle area can induce labor

SORRY, but the only advice i can give you is to stay off your feet as much as possible! Also if you have the funds to do so, get a professional foot massage! you deserve it anyway!

You may need bigger shoes. My feet grew over a size when I was expecting. Also, stay off your feet when you can.
