I don't mind either way, I once spent a month on my own which was long enough without human contact.

I really like having company, but then it gets too much and I need my own space. The longest I have been on my own is a week and I loved it. I got loads of things done that had needed doing for ages. Towards the end of the week though I started to feel lonely and called up my mates to come around.

I really like my own company. The longest I have been without human contact is probably 24hours though. I like being surrounded by people but not needing to talk to them.
Its very good to spend more time alone. The guy who did three weeks is hardcore!

You do not have to enjoy your own company to like to be alone. How do you define company anyway? You can see a lot of people during the day and even talk to them and still consider to having been alone. Most people do not matter much at all to you in general. If you really like and can relate to everyone you meet you got problems. So if you mean totally alone, a few days is the max for me. On the other hand, good friends, interesting new acquaintants are always welcome.

I like to be alone and the longest without any human contact would be 2 days.. of bliss :)

I do enjoy my own company from time to time as it is nice to have quality me time just to chill out and do what ever I want without being a wife/mom/daughter/friend/neighbour/worker. I think everyone should try and have and also appreciate their own company from time to time.
Longest without human company 24 hours and that is just about as much a I can take in one go.

Hey its great when the kids have gone to school on a morning, i just make a cuppa and sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. I really don't mind my own company...and some days prefer it.
However, saying that, you can't beat having good friends!!!

I absolutely love being alone !
I think only 3 days without human contact in one form or another.
If you are not happy being alone then perhaps it is the company you keep !

I love to be alone no tv or radio, phones off I've only done it for 3 or 4 days at a time but it is a very refreshing experience and I did not get bored with myself.

I don't mind it either way. However apart from work the longest I've gone is about 3 weeks.
