I don't really know why you do have a lot of spit. But you should go to the doctor since you don't feel very good. You should not take anykind of medicine without your doctor knowing. Let him give you something instead of you buying it at the store. If you don't want to go see the doctor just call him and let him know. Take care and like that you are taking care of your baby.

I was exactly the same when pregnant with my son, although not with my daughter funnily enough. It got so bad that(and I apologise in advance for this) every day I had to wash my pillowcase becuse it was so wet with it.Unfortunatly theres nothing much(apart from eating crackers)that you can do and, like all the other ailments that pregnancy brings,it will disappear after the baby is born.

Its because of your hormones. There is nothing you can do about it! I wish there was! You can chew on gum, it reduces the saliva in your mouth and always have some sort of drink you can wash it down with.

Constantly swallowing saliva and chewing gum reduces the pH of your stomach acid. Perhaps eat crackers?

What you're describing sounds like Ptyalism - a common disorder in pregnancy. There's not much you can do about it but it is nothing to worry about.

this may sound silly, but eat crackers. They will help with the saliva and with the morning sickness (if you are having any). Good Luck.
