No he'll charge you the same as he does everyone else.
How often are you likely to see him and that fat **** Prescott cycling to their meetings?
Or standing in the pissing rain at 7am on a January morning waiting for the Number 28 bus to work (the one thats always late, stinks of piss and is so overcrowded you have to sit next to the smelly drunk who vomits all over himself.)?
Or freezing in the driving rain waiting for yet another cancelled train?
Even though global warming has been caused by the Government and Big Businesses.
The fact is you WON'T. I doubt anyone will part Prescott from his Two Jags. Whilst people like you are made to feel guilty about using a car and cycle to work thorugh all winds and weathers.
Ever got the feeling you're being "had"? I'm sticking to my car.

The likely truth is that you will be taxed more - it is a shame that amid the very serious point made in the attempt to put an eonomic cost on global warming that I noticved that Associated Newspapers owner of the awful D Mail, Standard and the otehr free paper focused on the idea that if youre middle class live in a nice area etc you will be taxed till you scream - which kind of missed the point. The problem with the govt's response so far is that at present there is no real clarity as to how they intend to use green taxes - while it is unfortunately true that nmost people need incentives to respond - i.e pay more - you also need a carrot with the stick i.e. cycle you gain, drive you lose. Similarly if they actually subsidised the alternative energy sources better - eg solar panels , domestic wind turbiens and so forth - people would adopt more, manufacturing of the items would increase, costs would fall, prices would fall, take up would be higher and the need to subsidise reduced - problem as always no detail !

There won't be a tax break for cycling. The only saving you can make by doing so is a fuel one. You still have to pay the road tax unless you register your vehicle SORN.

No he will pay for your operation when you get knocked of your bike or when your lungs pack in through inhaling carbon monoxide.
He will support you if you become unemployed, he will protect from criminals, he will empty your bins so that you dont die of disease. He will make sure the population gets educated so that we are all civilised and dont revert back to primitive behaviour.
Anything else you are taking for granted?
Will you give Tony Blair a half your bottle of whisky when you win a large bottle in a raffle?
I suppose if you were PM nobody would be taxed at all and everybody could work part time on full time wages.

Shush! You should not draw attention to yourself like that.
Since he taxes everything else, bikes will be the next thing and you will have to buy a permit.
